There are some days were employees make mistakes. Reasons for these mistakes are tiredness, overworking, and sometimes people just have off days. The reason his employees might be tired and overworked this could be because of a low amount of employees. What motivates him to stay is that he likes to have money on the “side” that he makes and he is able to spend recreationally. The flexible hours also is another reason he stays.What motivates you to work better?He believes constructive criticism from the manager or other employees motivates him to be a better employee. In addition, being paid is also a big motivator.What doesn’t motivate you?Having a bad day. If Jason has a bad day, he is less motivated. In addition, sometimes he is tired from school and has to come work after which can result in lower efficiency and less motivation. The flexibility in work schedule helps with the time aspect of autonomy. However, most of the things done in the scope of working result in little to no autonomy which doesn’t create motivation.
